If you applied for the fiance visa in December, have you received the NOA2????

I have not received my NOA2 :crying:

Vermont is on its way, but California is a bit lagging. If you're over 150 days, call USCIS! :)

I'm also a late December filer with Vermont no NOA2 :(, but they aproved two petitions today! :D so at least they are moving!

I-129F Sent : December 21, 2011

I-129F NOA1 : December 29, 2011

I-129F RFE(s) : None Thank You Jesus!!!!!

I-129F NOA2 : May 03, 2012 (126 days after NOA1)

NVC Received: May 15, 2012

NVC Sent: May 18, 2012

Embassy Received: May 21, 2012

Received Packet 3: May 22, 2012

Dropped Packet 3 at the embassy: May 29, 2012

Interview Date: July 03, 2012 APPROVED!

AOS Package Sent : December 01, 2012

NOA1 : December 14, 2011

Biometrics completed: January 14, 2013
