Should I email my DS 3032 now?

Hi guys! I need someone to double check this for me, thank you!

I got my case number last week but couldn't sign in to the payment portal as it wasn't active/ready. Just signed into the payment portal now and the AOS bill has bee generated.

I haven't sent the DS 3032 yet and I haven't received any email from the NVC at all. Should I send my DS 3032 now and pay the AOS bill today too(FYI, my husband's the petitioner, he'll be paying)?

A little confused here. I have the DS 3032 email ready to send out!!

September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)

If your file has been assigned a case number by the NVC, you can send your DS-3032 email.

Thank you so much!! :) I just found out that my husband got an email from the NVC today so I have emailed the DS 3032 and we'll pay the AOS bill today. :)

instead of using snail mail, you can scan signed DS 3032 and send it to NVC. look at following link for detail information.

Oh I didn't know you could do that too... oh well, I sent it anyway. But that sounds more authentic. :)
