I got a reply from NVC last April 26 stating that:

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

I keep checking the payment portal but still the IV fee bill is not yet invoice. How long does it take to get invoice? I plan to wait this week, if still not invoice next week I send an email or call NVC to follow up. What do you think everyone?

Hi Friend,

I also got NVC case number along with DS3032 today. I tried to pay online for AOS fee but it is not active and there is no amount specified. I don't know how many days it takes to be in payable form. Lets hope we will find the information soon. Good luck.

Hi Friend,

Sorry for the mistake on above post.

I also got NVC case number along with Choice of address and agent and AOS processing fee bill today after more than 1 months of NOA2 in email. I tried to pay online for AOS fee but it is not active and there is no amount specified. I don't know how many days it takes to be in payable form. What was your experience?

We got an email today that my IV fee is invoiced. But still there is no amount specified at the payment portal. We already paid the AOS fee. Maybe tomorrow or this week it you can pay the AOS. Just keep on checking.

Thanks
