I used the VWP the first time and was just wondering do i sign fill in the online form again this time? and also the 2 weeks already spent there, is that

already included in the 90 day period.

Thanks for any info

The online form is good for 2 years, you only need to ammend it if something has changed in your circumstances.

As you've just been there for two weeks, there is a chance they will give you less than the usual 90 days, but unless you have had other travel you'll probably be ok. Keep in mind you MUST leave within 90 days, so it is prudent to book a flight on, say, day 88 just in case there are delays.

Hi,

This is how it works when travelling on VWP from Ireland and i guess the same applies to all VWP countries. You apply online for the ESTA and paid the fee, the wavier is valid for 2 yrs before you need to pay again. When you pay the fee you get a wavier number which you can print and the expiry date is on that. Each time you want to re enter the United States you have to update the VWP as follows....................

Update or Check the Status of a Previously Submitted Authorization to Travel to the United States

Select this option if:

  • You previously submitted an application for an electronic travel authorization and you want to perform one of the following:
    • Determine the status of your travel authorization application.
    • Update your travel authorization application.
    • You saved your application information and want to return to it to pay the fee.

What information can I update? If you are missing your Application Number, please click here.

ORPlease provide the following information about your application:

Application Number * help_small.gif

Birth Date

Passport Number * help_small.gif

The passport number may contain numbers and/or characters. Please closely distinguish between the two, such as the numbers zero and one, and the letters O and I.

then you are good to go. Once you do not over stay the 90 days allowed, all will be good. I have been in and out on the same WVP many times only stayed 2 weeks each visit . POE has never been a problem, once you are honest and have nothing to hide. Hope this helps!! Enjoy your time in the USA.
