Hello Everyone, I have a few questions and I hope you can help. I am a US citizen and my husband is a UK citizen and we are applying for a Spousal Visa. We are filling out the I-130 form and the G-325A form. On the G-325A form it asks for my husband (UK citizen) last 5 years of employment. He has done various freelance jobs, alot cash in hand, he doesn't have all of their contact info. My question is what proof will they require from him when it comes time for the interview? What would be useful? What have you experienced? There must be people here who have worked various freelance jobs? Thanks you, I do appreciate your help or advice.

many freelancers set up a business, a corporate shell. Did he do that, or no?

if no, nickbits's advice is spot on.
