Hi,

When you file AOS and EAD together how many biometric fees do you have to pay?

Total : $70 (One combined for AOS and EAD)

OR

Total: $140 (Two: One for AOS and one for EAD)

There is no biometrics fee for EAD, despite what is written on the introduction page to I-765 on the USCIS web site.

you pay one biometrics fee which you can combine with the AOS cheque..

So you sent $395 total for AOS and $180 for EAD. Is this correct?

Do you get two biometric appointments? One for AOS and one for EAD if you file AOS and EAD applications together. OR You get one biometric appointment to cover both.

YOu should get them both for the same day. I think most people do.

If you get two letters for BIO, most people ask them to do both on one day.

I only received one letter for both, but my son had two appointments. I just brought both letters to the first date, and asked them to do both for him and they did.
