This whole oft-repeated topic is just goofy. LOOK at an I-129f. It is TWO PAGES, it is ALL personal information. Who needs an attorney for that? You have to provide him all the information and all the attachments. He probably charges you for postage also. Good grief.

I would imagine most people here have filled out a college admission application. They are MUCH harder, they require as much or more documentation, references etc. Who uses an attorney for THAT? (Oh ####### I hope I did not just create a whole new field for lawyers)The job application to work as a bagger at Pricechopper is THREE pages

I guess when you put it that way, it seems easy. The problem is you're bringing your wife here. Although she pisses me off on a regular basis, I still love her. Getting a scammer (lawyer) seemed like the right thing at the time

Your father was right. Mine always said "there is nothing you can't fix with $700 or a .30-06" Not sure which I would use.

But I still don't know where this "make it up as you go along" attitude comes from. They are not trained to do that...are they? Whatever happened to "Hmmm, I never had this situation before, let me call a supervisor"
