Do the certified documents need to be translated into English when sent to the NVC?

My wife is in Indonesia. She just got a certified copy of her birth certificate. However, the stamp is in Indonesian language. Should that stamp be translated into English as well as the entire document, for the NVC?

I ask because the NVC will be sending these back to Indonesia of the same language as the document.

She will be getting a certified copy of the marriage certificate soon.

12-11-2010 - engaged

06-07-2011 - married

09-27-2011 - I-130 sent

09-29-2011 - NOA1

04-04-2012 - I-130 approved

05-14-2012 - NVC Case number received

06-26-2012 - Case completed

08-02-2012 - VISA APPROVED :)

yup, needs translation from Bahasa into English.

the translation not need any certification stamp/seal, but the translator must sign some attestation on the translated piece.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

What about the seal or stamp? Does that need to be translated into English?
