Since our 5 months are just around the corner I've been checking Igor's list and the "Processing Dates" multiple times a day..

For example this week only 5 people have posted that they received NOA-2.. I mean folks, come on! If you receive it, post on here - it is heartbreaking to see the "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 5, 2012 and May 9, 2012*" keep getting further and further because nobody is updating their timelines... or is USCIS taking a break this week?

On another topic, anyone else due here in early May? How are you holding up? Because quite frankly I'm slowly going nuts!

Hi there!

Our 5 months deadline has come and gone about 1 week ago and I am definitely going nuts. I have been picking up extra shifts at work so as not to spend all day alternating between VJ and the USCIS website. I feel like a little a like splinter in a huge wooden wheel of bureaucracy that wouldn't listen to me even if I was screaming at the top of my lungs!!

So like many of us I feel your pain!!

Hang in there

Hang in there. My hard copy Noa1 was dated 12/08/2011, even though the case status on the USCIS website says they received my petition on 12/06/2011. I am getting anxious also, but I submitted an IMBRA waiver based on limitations. I hope it doesn't cause it to go even longer. Good luck.
