hello VJ friends!... I got my medical done today...so tired.had to get up 3a.m to get ready

and left my hotel to St Lukes around 4a.m but even so the Line is already long...

Thank God everything went well...i never had issue on my chest x'ray. they just ask me to come back after lunch for my Immunization i got 3 shot's oouucchhhh....Finally,at 2:45pm

I got my CD,Vaccination Documentation Worksheet.and left at St lukes about 3pm. i got it

done in just one day!... :)

July 13'12 Appointment Civil Surgeon

Adjustment Of Status

July 18'12 Send my application for AOS

July 20'12 USPS delivered my docs. to USCIS Chicago,IL

July 23'12 USCIS received Application(Priority date)

July 26'12 Check cash out/got txt@email,received my application

July 30'12 received mail NOA1(AOS/EAD/AP)

Aug.22'12 Biometrics done(Detroit,MI)

Sept.19 USCIS mailed a noticed they approved my Travel Docs.

Sept.20 EAD card on production(approved in 60 days!)

Sept.25 USPS pick up mail from USCIS(EAD card on the way!)

Sept.27 EAD card received.

Sept 28 went to SSOffice for name change on SSN card.

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

March 15 - RFE

March 16 - Replied RFE

March 21 - NOA2

March 26 - NVC received

March 26 - Got MNL case #

March 26 - Received NOA2 hard copy

March 26 - Paid BPI $350

April 17 - Medical( St. Lukes)

April 24 - Interview (Administrative Review 221g

May 15 - received text from to go that visa is ready for pick up!! (OMG! finally!!)

Congratulations! Tommorow is my medical im so nervous :(

Don't forget to bring your Appointment letter,Passport,Photocopy of your Passport,Letter

from US Embassy,or any letter stating your Name and Manila case number on it.3 pcs 2x2 visa photo.write your name at the back of your visa photo

just be careful that the ink of your pen wont Blot,my photo got messy from the ink of my pen they refused it good thing i got extra.If you had fill up online registration form print it at least 2 copy.they will give you 1 more form to fill up for K1. the Reception area(Ground floor) open at 6a.m that is for the Data encoding,Picture taking,Finger printing,and submit your forms.I pay 9,174Pesos for my medical.take note of your 1st and last day of your Period they will always ask that.food is not allowed inside but you can take a bottle of water with you.bring black ballpen...

If you don't have problem with your chest x'ray you will be done in the afternoon.If your looking for affordable hotel near in St lukes,there's this Midtown Inn for 950/night good for one person aircon w/out TV,Gran Prix for only 799/night good for one person with tv,aircon,bathroom and toilet outside your room.it's pretty clean,if you check on the Gran prix site they didn't include that Easy bed for only 799/night just show up there and book or call them for reservation.hope this helps... I have questions regarding the NOA2 letter. Is the letter sent by email or snail mail? Who receives the NOA2 letter? Does my fiancee need a copy of the NOA2 letter at any time in her porcessing in Manila?

The petitioner is mailed the official notice (I-797C) and your fiancee does not need a copy of the NOA2 during the final processing in Manila with regards to the medical or interview. You get email/text message notification if you submitted a G-1145 with the I-129F.
