if u need to have a co sponsor. how do you go about it. the thing is that my mom is in the u.s with my 3 younger brothers. she made over 30000 dollars in 2010 buh made over 20000 dollars in 2011. jst realized we might need a co sponsor. the CO also told me to get a co sponsor jst in case. so how do i go about it. does the co sponsor need to do anything or he has to jst send his tax transcript. does he have to write a letter indicating his my co sponsor or what. please need ur help.

The co-sponsor essentially needs the same things as the primary sponsor: I-864, evidence of tax filing, pay stubs/ letter from employer. If the co-sponsor is married, the spouse may need to file I-864A.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
