Hello all, my fiance visited me a week ago and we're having a good time!!

My question is:

What do you guys advice us to do while we're together before starting the k1??

Our Timeline

-Met online via Interpals June 2011
-Engaged August 2011
-Met in Morocco 03-30-2012
-Ceremony 04-01-2012
-Back to US 04-17-2012
-2nd visit to Morocco 06-21-2012
-Married officially (paperwork) 07-12-2012
-Back home =( 09-06-2012

Immigration:
-1-130 Filed September 25th
-Approved Feb 4th
-NVC received March 1st

-Interview June 13th (Approved need Co-Sponsor)

-Moved to AP June 13th

Go to the K1 section of the website and read the top 4 pinned threads. The link is http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/80-k-1-fiancee-visa-process-procedures/ I followed the steps when I was with my fiancee and it saved me valuable time.

Sent I-129 Application to VSC 2/1/12
NOA1 2/8/12
RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

What comes to mind while you are together is:

Get Signed "Letters of Intent" One from each of you Separately.

Completed G325-A Forms and Signed.

Best Color Copy of Birth Certificates

Color Copy of Passports Cover to Cover. Every Page. Optional, but if needed later you have it.

Pictures. Together.

I might have missed something but I don't see more than this to File a 129-F for now. If I missed something, someone will let you know. These are good things to get completed while your together physically.

Keep everything that is a record of the things that you did together while your fiance was with you! Even if you think it won't matter, it might be useful. And don't throw away the plane tickets (I made that mistake once).
