passport copy requirement for I-130

For the I-130, USCIS instructions just instruct to submit a copy of the US citizen's unexpired passport. According to the VJ guide, we're supposed to submit ALL pages. That's a lot of pages so I just want to make sure all that is needed before we start making the copies. So even the empty pages then?

P.S. Another quick question regarding passport requirement for both I-130 and I-485 for the intending immigrant. Which passport pages must I include in my (intending immigrant) I-485 submission? I read somewhere to include entry stamps – I’m assuming just all my entry stamps for the US or should I include all other entry stamps to other countries as well?

We did front to back and every page in between copies for both. Better too much than not enough, ya know?

I did not include all pages...so far no RFE...hopefully they won't need more.
