That is not necessarily true. This is not regulated and is dependent upon doctor and location...some of them include the cost of all the vaccines in their quote, some include all but one or two and some include none...

Just ask before you book.

same experience here - paid $250 total (examination & all vaccinations).

it varies a lot by location, even what they want as proof of vaccination varied. in the end, it was easier & cheaper to get it done again than getting the proof that i had most of them.

regarding his parents as co-sponsor - you should verify that his mom's pension meets the income requirement for I-864 (125% poverty line - i am assuming yes, if its a govt pension but assumptions are not greatest proof).

21/2 - received NOA in mail for all 4 (130/485/765/131)

23/3 - biometrics scheduled -> did "early" walk-in on 21 March

06/4 - received email update, interview scheduled for 7th May

27/4 - received EAD

08/5 - email: approval one day after interview (7th May)

Ok I have a copy of the vaccines i got in Spain but this are normal shot i got when i was a kid, like chiken pox, varicella, german measles... but i didnt get any medical exam or vaccines before I came to the states because it wasnt necessary, does this mean I need new shots or is the records I have enough?

Also, is it ok if i get my vaccines somewhere else other than the civil surgeon, which im guessing would be cheaper? what about the medical exam? Do I need to get blood test done for stds or something?

Does anybody know a cheap civil surgeon in or near the Sonoma County?

Again thank you so much for your help!

The CS appointment is in two parts, over the course of a couple days. Go to the CS, talk to them. Show them your vaccine record. See what they say. If you need shots you can get them before you come back for the second part (where they check the results of your TB test etc). Don't ask us, ask the CS.
