Hello everybody!

Me and my fiance are complete newbies and only going to start this K1 process.

Ugh i spent a couple of hours i guess trying to find an answer for my question but... :help:

My question is (for now hehe) the following

Since Vermont processing times are fastest, is it required to live there or will a P.O. Box be ok? Are there any recent changes about this requirement?

The I-129F instructions are pretty specific about place of residence. When they do a name check and find that you reside in a different state than the PO BOX questions may come up.

It may delay your case.

Lying about a thing like residency is not a good thing.

Honesty is key to this process. Processing times might mean nothing really, we have many people approved at CSC sooner than some in VSC.
