We have whole lot of chat logs and Emails which are in our native language. Do we have to translate it through a official translator or we could just translate them ourselves and send both?

Those should be translated and certified to be an accurate translation.

I plan on getting them translated here in Calif., anyone do it here in the US and can suggest a service?

Does the1-129F require my fiance's birth certificate? I do not see that anywhere.

Don't know about getting the properly formatted documentation done in the States with regards to the birth/divorce papers. For us, the Chinese "white book" method was the simplest method. As a matter of fact, my fiancee got several copies of each document at that time. The beneficiary's birth cert. will be necessary at the consulate level of the visa process, and likely later on also.
