Unemployment

Hello!

First of all, this is a great forum, so helpful!!! Made me change my mind about getting an attorney ^__^ I've been E-mailing so many of them and only 2 of them replied back, but then I read (on here) that they shouln't be trusted so I will do my best to take care of this myself.

I have 3 questions:

First question: My fiancè (US citizen) was in the Army and was wounded in combat. We've been waiting on his disability claim to end for over a year but it's not going to be completed anytime soon (those people suck I swear >_<). Because of his injury, he has a very hard time finding a job.

I read on the USCIS website that the income requirement for 2 households is $18,912. My fiancè is currently on unemployment and meets the income requirement, but are we allowed to use unemployment to prove that he can support me? Supposedly, by the time the interview is scheduled, he will be collecting disability and going to university (each of them will give him a monthly paycheck) so they will prove he can support me.

Second question: Once we obtain the K1 Visa and get married, am I allowed to go to university or do I need to file some student permit?

Third question: About the relationship proof. Should I send the entire chat conversations etc or just pick the best ones? Facebook pictures (they show the date) can be used too, right? I just print as much proof as I can and E-mail it?

Iapologize for asking so many questions, but I just want to make sure I do everything everything right, I miss him and we've been apart for longer than a year and I want to get this over with ;_ ;
