I second that.. How did the conversation go? Mine is way way overdue and the only answer I can get is call us in 45 days.. What did you ask that got you to a level 2?

Well here is how to get to

Tier 1

NSC Toll Free #-> Press 1,1,1,2,2 - this will take you to the live tier 1

Tier 2

Ask tier 1 that you would like to speak to tier 2 and after collecting some info(i.e case # and all), they will certainly transfer your call. Tier 2 can certainly put in a service request.
