hello everybody

i wish you all goodluck in your process, i just want to ask about the port of entry iam a k3 visa holder , and i heard that if JFK is the port of entry you will get a chance to have a temporary work permit.

is it necessary to enter from JFK? or i can enter from any port

Yes I have heard that, you can enter at any other POE, but you may not be able to get the temporary EAD stamp.

I wonder why they do that.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

K-3's are not eligible for a EAD stamp at the POE.
