Hello everybody.

My husband and I are ready to send the paper work to get my GC, we really don't have plans to travel any time soon out of the country, but we would like to have access for me to leave the country in case that we have a family emergency, I hope someone can help me...

1- If we are gonna fill the I 131, do we need to pay the fee, even if we are gonna send it with I 485?

2- What should I write on part 3 and part 4 now that we don't really have plans to travel?

3- Part 5 and part 7???

Thanks for the help!!!!

Please review the example form on how to fill out the forms. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-131.pdf

No you do not pay a fee but you must include the required supporting documents with the application.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

When filing the I-131(AP) and I-765(EAD) with the I-485 the fees for both are waived.

Part 3 you can put Unknown for date and length of trip.

You are filing for Advance Parole, so as it states on the form, you skip to part 7.

Part 7 check the box for more than one trip, leave the rest blank, as you are not outside the US.

See the example form Inky posted the link to above.
