Hi Friends,

May2012 Visa bulletin retrogress to 15th,Aug2007, If my case completed in April 2012, can i get my interview? my Priority date is 29th,Aug2007.

USCIS: (13 days)

02/22/2012 - filed for I-824

03/06/2012 - NOA

NVC: (xx days)

03/13/2012 - received case from USCIS

03/21/2012 - received case#, IIN, & gave email addresses

xx/03/2012 - IV bill invoiced & paid??

xx/03/2012 - submitted DS-230??

Please post a link to an official US Government website with the May 2012 Visa Bulletin. Generally, the US State Department releases the following month's Visa Bulletin around the 10th of the month. For example, on March 10, 2012, the State Department released the April 2012 Visa Bulletin. How did you get your hands on the May 2012 Visa Bulletin on March 27, 2012?

I am in same boat buddy.Case was complteted on feb 23 still no interviews . I dont know what is gonna happen

Aaron- it is unoffical visa bulletin he/she is talking about. It is all over AILA websites --that india/china Eb2 is retrogressing to aug 2007

Neo -no need to close the thread . I am sure there are multiple people with same problem. May be they all can gather here and support each other .
