The answer would be "Yes," with the details provided.

hello what if my husband forgot the date of filing? can we just write that the date cannot be remembered?

What you can do is write "See attachment" in that area. Then attach a sheet of paper with that particular question # -- then explain you do not know the dates or other details. make sure that sheet of paper is attached to the I-130.

Do the best you can. He knows the year within a year or so, so he can enter "about 20xx" and he knows the name and result. He should include the current immigration status for the beneficiary as well, if known. What is not known, enter unknown.

Our answer is this:

1. Name of first wife, USA, 1989, and APPROVED 2. Name of second wife, USA, 2007 and APPROVED

Please let me know if that would be fine. Thanks to all of you.

The above does not include the current immigration status of the wives. I would add that, if known. If not known, indicate current status unknown. Filing for two previous spouses would be a huge red flag. Provide as much information as possible, even if you need another sheet.

the first wife, their marriage lasted for 18 years. they were divorced last 2005. My husband is not sure if he filed K1 or Cr1 for his first wife. His first wife is from Puerto Rico. Then on 2007, my husband filed for his second wife under K1 visa. But his second wife died last 2008 in the US. we have divorce decree and death certificate as supporting docs.

HOw can we write know or unknown?

If your husband knows WHERE he married his first wife, then he knows whether he filed for her as a fiancee or as a spouse.

Hello, they got married in the states. He remembered that his first wife was a Tourist in the states and then she came back to Puerto Rico to fix their papers.

Can you help me what approach of explanation or how will i write in the form?

The US Citizen is the one filing the petition. It's their explanation. I suggest you let them make their own explanation. If it won't fit on the form, they can write it on another sheet refer to the sheet in the space provided on the form. Only the person who knows the explanation can write it.
