worried package 129F not delivered

Need your help again. So my baby the petitioner send our 129F package on 21 March via USPS to the USCIS P.O. Box 66015 Dallas, TX 75266 with a return receipt.

The expected day of delivery was 03/ 26 Monday. An hour ago I checked the tracking number and it says “Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)” and “www.usps.com/redelivery or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.">

I understand that it means that our package is not delivered. But what happens next? I am sure that no one from USCIS will go to the office to pick up our package –

What shall we do ???????

I do not want to wait for another 15 days for them to return the mail to my fiancé and then having to file again

OMG …. I cannot believe our bad luck ;o((((((((

08/29/2013 - received notice of potential interview waiver case

10/23/2013 - Interview approved ;o)

11/01/2013 - green card received

Actually, this happens quite a bit. It happened when I submitted our petition and materials. Check back on Tuesday and it should be retrieved. They really need to get a bigger PO Box. :thumbs:

does it mean that they will try to deliver it again ?? I understood that someone must go there and pick it up.

Yes, it's a PO Box, so someone must go there to retrieve the mail.

Ditto, we encountered the same situation, with same result.... USCIS got it....... (and they have now had it for almost 5 months now.... ;) )

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

... 5 mins ago the status changed to Delivered (even though it's Sunday)so hopefully everything will be ok
