I checked the USA embassy Tunisa website and you do not have one on the site

Some countries have a website to check AP and some don't.

And some, Like Egypt have it but it doesn't work. My case still says in AP processing and my husband is in the USA.

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Here is the one for Tunisia. You but in your passport # and it will tell you the status of your case. Ahmed went to pick up his passport and visa today and was told we are now in AP after he was told at the interview he was approved :( So frustrated about that.

It says for non immigrant visa, is that same as K-1 visa.

I am planning to visit Tunis next month, would that make any difference to the AP, would it delay AP in any way...

Thanks Salman

DOS confirmed that the case is under Administrative Processing in Washington, it is almost two months now, hopefully AP will conclude in shortly.

This is a very painful process to go through..

Happy Holidays!

It has been over three months since the invterview of my fiancee in Tunis consluate, so far what I know from calling DOS and the consulate in Tunis is that the case is in Admin

Processing in Washington. Please advise if I need to reach out to my congresman/senator now to get an update or just wait more before reaching out to congressman/senator.

It has been very difficult and long three months. Any advise and help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Salman
