Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Oh Yeah!!!!

That is great info, I bookmarked it for later reference. I am certain that others in the future will also find it quite useful.

Your experience in these matters is akin to a popular American credit card commercial slogan, "Priceless!"

谢谢

But I'm not priceless :D

Ever so often, 300 frozen venison jiaozi shows up here, via FedEx.

There IS a price ;)

was using the DHL tracking method posted by other members.

Found a package from portsmouth to guangzhou, left portsmouth on the 23rd of march (NVC operator told me it was sent out on the 21st, so it's close enough, and i will assume this is my casefile.)

but from the tracking results, it's stuck in clearance delay, AHHHHH...

hope it doesn't get stuck in clearance delay for too long.

From my experience this is not a reliable method. I too was told ours went by DHL, I think they all do but ours was also sent electronically. In the end talking to a human at DOS is the best way to track your status.

I spent 30 days watching that DHL package while P3 was sent to the wrong address and then re-routed to me in the US. Sorted it all out with one call to DOS but never got the 30 days back.

yup. once it's left NVC, DoS Hotline is yer new found friend.

From studying those timeticks (in another post) what's the one yer chasing after, prior to P3 packet sent?

called again before 5pm EST, "HUMAN" said P3 was sent out Yesterday, different from the "HUMAN" from this morning. So i'm just gonna assume P3 is sent out, not gonna care if it's the 27th or 28th.
