I've had several addresses in the last 5 years. Maybe 8? 10? Possibly 12 but probably not. I vaguely remember several but I know there are a few I'm missing, and I can really only get the dates down to within about +/- 6 months. Any suggestions? Most everything is in order, I'd hate to miss one or put the wrong date and have it blow up in my face :(

I've had that problem several years ago and had to list my prior address on an application (non visa related but maybe this will help you). Since the paper history of so many address is so complex, it is unlikely they would or even could verify such a history.

What I have done in the past is consolidate as much as possible. If I lived in one city and moved twice (had 3 addresses) before moving to another city, I put down only one address for that city. In my case, I never changed the address on my driver license while in the city with 3 address so it really didn't matter if I put down all three addresses for my time during my stay in that city.

Does that make sense? Hope it helps.
