Hi, my question relates to the i-864 is it filled out exactly like the i-134? I used a co sponsor so I'm wondering if I use a co sponsor I'm I required to also show my tax returns? I don't work so I don't have any to file.

I really don't know if I was accepted as the sponsor( with my assets)or they used my co sponsor because all of my co sponsor's w2 were return to my fiance.

I don't want the uscis to send me a rfe asking for my tax returns(if I not mistaking we are still required to file even if we aren't working)and when I try to file it takes weeks and I run out of time per their request for information.

I am guessing this is now for your adjustment of status? You should post AOS questions in the AOS forum for answers specifically relating to filing for AOS. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/7-adjustment-of-status-green-card-from-family-based-visas/

If you are using a co-sponsor for your I-864, then you fill out your own I-864 and your co-sponsor fills out their own form. You both provide the most recent years tax transcript (most likely 2011 at this point), a letter from employer, and a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs. Your co-sponsor also needs to include proof of being a USC or LPR with a copy of their birth certificate, naturalization, bio page from US passport or front and back copy of green card.

It is optional to send the last 3 years tax transcripts, and you can you can only send in the most recent, but the I-864 asks for the income from the last 3 years, so you each need to know that information.

I am not sure what you mean by accepting you or your co-sponsor. If you meant at your K-1 interview, it doesn't really matter. That and AOS are 2 different things. Do you make enough to sponsor yourself, your spouse and any dependents at 125% of the poverty level? Do you have assets that you can multiply times 3 to make up for the shortcoming in your income if you don't reach it with your income alone? If not, you need a co-sponsor.
