Hi dear friends, I need you help about I-134. I just got my NOA2 after 6 long months. Now it's time to send my my I-134 to my fiance and things are little complicated.

1. Last year I made $24,072 would that be enough, or I need a Co- sponsor ?

2. Just ordered my my transcript from IRS for 2011. Would 1 year be enough ?

4. I will provide a letter from my employer, saying that I am in good relation with the company.

4. Do I need anything else besides the : I - 134 form, transcript for 2011 and and letter from my employer ? Would that get things done ?

5. In case I need a co-sponsor, how much does my co sponsor needs to prove for income, and in case his income is low like mine, would that be enough? Do they combine the incomes? ( mine and co-sponsor )?

6. Last question : What else besides the I-134 form my co-sponsor needs to submit?

p.S I want to thank all you for reading my post, I hope i can solve things asap.

Here are the 2012 poverty guidelines: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

You will need enough to cover your household size. Your income is enough for a household of 3. If your household size is more than that, you need to make up the difference with assets or find a co-sponsor. If you make enough, then no co-sponsor is needed here.

You fill out the I-134 and provide the IRS tax transcript from the most recent year, letter from your employer stating position and salary, and a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs.

4. Do I need anything else besides the : I - 134 form, transcript for 2011 and and letter from my employer ? Would that get things done ? yes u do. i.e proof of on going relationship and some other forms. i think its ds-156 ds-156k ds-157

The USC does not need to fill out those forms, the beneficiary does.

On your side, it sounds good. Your fiancee will also need to fill some forms and bring the results from her medical examination, but it will all be explained to her in the letter she receives from the Embassy.

**Removal of conditions**

10/01/2014 Package sent to California Service Center

10/03/2014 NOA1

10/10/2014 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter, Biometrics scheduled for 10/30/14

10/22/2014 Early Biometrics Walk-in - Cleveland, OH - weird experience with the clerk there - told me I can go ahead and get my biometrics taken early, but it might be too early and it might not go through??? If it might be a problem, then why let me do it at all?

02/10/2015 New Biometrics letter received, Biometrics scheduled for 03/09/15- I guess that clerk was right??

03/09/2015 Second biometrics

..waiting..

5/15/2015 Put in a service request online - outside of processing time

5/18/2015 Approved!

5/23/2015 Card in hand
