Well i dont know how to start but i would like to thank this site and all u guys that left messages because its been a help for me reading all the experiences the last 2 months... we got a k1 after lots of stress time and money.. well i am planin to travel march 1st to the us, get married after an month but i would love to come back to my country to get married having all my family together thats why i got a round trip so i will be back Agoust, would i need any papers or visa to come back to the us after my wedding here can i make that trip or i have to wait in the us for AOS. i hope u can advice me and tell me what i should do thanks.

You need to apply for AP with your AOS and hope that the AP is approved in time for your September trip....

if you leave without having received your AP you will be considered to have abandoned your AOS...

As soon as you get married in US start the paperwork for AOS - that way you might get AP in time for your proposed trip. Don't travel without it or you will require another visa to re-enter the USA even tho you are now married and this will take approx the same time as a K1 to obtain - maybe longer.

Yes, you need to apply for Advanced Parole in order to be allowed to re-enter the US, prior to the completion of the Adjustment of Status process. At the moment, it often takes a couple of months to get AP, sometimes a little longer. You should be okay to get it in time for the second wedding.

What a wonderful idea getting married in both countries so that all family members can attend.
