Hi, she could use her Peru passport until its validity along with her greencard to show at airport immigration being a valid US Permanent Resident, if her Peru passport about to expire she need to renew her Peru passport from Peru Embassy here in US in her married name if she used your last name. And as for US passport is only for US Citizen already. She could have it after she approved for application, granted and oathed for US citizenship.

Have a nice and enjoyable trips!

Your wife will use her Peruvian passport and the resident alien card to travel. US passports you can only get AFTER you're naturalized. Make sure the country you are traveling to allows Peruvians to enter without a visa, or you have to get one for her.
