Joint sponsor or househole member????

even after talking to nvc, still confused about this, i am an adult child living with my two parents. they do not claim me as a dependent. but am i part of their household? if so, should my mother just fill out an I-864A? I was just going to have us both fill out the I-864. If we just do the the I-864 do I have to send proof of relationship?? I have a birth certificate but since we both had a name change to take my stepfathers name we would have to send proof of her name change, her marriage certificate etc...is this really necessary for a joint sponsor?? I was under the impression that all I need to show is proof of citizenship (aka, the first page of her passport) as well as all her financials. Also, since she is a joint sponsor and files jointly with my stepfather, they are a part of a household that will include my husband, which will make three, but not include me, since i am in my own household with my husband, which is 2?

is this confusing, i hope not, really need some help with this aspect.

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
