Well guyz, I got notified just now that my H-1b is ready, stamped and sent to me, despite both K-3 and CR-1 are still in process. I am through my clearence in 3 days. I am planning to go to US and start working and then come back for K-3 in a few months. I just can't believe that I am going to be with my wife, my love, my life so soon.

I will be on VJ definitely. You guyz, all of you out there, are so amazing. Its like a little family we have over here. I always pray that you everyone gets their approval soon and be with their loved ones. I know exactly what it feels to be away from your loved ones.

wow, I didn't know you could petition for so many visas all at once. huh...who knew!

Congrats. If you have H1B, why do you want K3. Just get CR1 or do AOS.

AUSC, K-3 would enable me to change employers, if I needed to. On H-1b, you can't work for anyone else except for the person who filed for your H-1b.. That is the thought behind it.

REBA, Petition for H-1b was filed way before I was even married. It got approved and in the meantime my wife filed for K-3 and CR-1. Now the approval came and I just went to the embassy to apply and they put me on AR for 3 days total and now I am moving to US.
