No ... It hasn't change it's still at testing and interview.. The interview was at 2:15 today,,,, I feel so so lost ,,,, to the point I just told my wife to move back to my country with 'me... I don't know why I have to prove my marriage to anyone... Their not my care taker or anyone of such cert...

I know the feeling I was in your shoes last week! Just let a few days go by and see what happens! Don't worry! I know you will be approved! You submitted the dispositions and you didn't lie about the arrest so you will be fine! My status didn't update until 2 days after our interview!!! Sending lots of prayers your way! Oh and George don't pack up and leave just let....bc you will be approved

...But the main fact is why does he have to look at my arrest record Its all their original dispositions certified by court...

Don't worry too much about the IO not studying your file at his desk; they prepare for your interview ahead of time and they already know the red flags... Apparently your records "wrongfully" show three arrests and you only provided dispositions for two, so in order to approve you, the IO will have to clear that discrepancy with his supervisor. It will take a few days (the 4th of july will be on the way) but you will get approved.

AOS applied March 21, 2012. GC approved June 11, 2012 & received June 18, 2012.

Exactly three months from start to finish,no RFEs.

Day 04,March 24, 2012: USCIS Acceptance Confirmation received through e-mail

Day 07,March 27, 2012: Checks cashed.

Day 13,April 02, 2012 : NOAs received for I-130,I-485,EAD/AP & Biometrics

Day 36,April 25, 2012 : Biometrics Completed at Elizabeth, NJ.

Day 45,May 04, 2012 : E-mail notification for interview received for June 11

Day 46,May 05, 2012 : Received hard copy of interview notice

Day 56,May 16, 2012 : EAD/AP Production e-mail

Day 64,May 24, 2012 : EAD/AP Card in hand

Day 83,June 11,2012 : Interview. Approved same day. Card production email.
