hi everybody

well , i did type before and here i m typing this maybe someone can help or say something ,

its almost 9 months of sending i-130 and nothing yet . 2 request and we did call the uscis this morning ,and they say maybe we have to wait between 180 days so u can hear something , crazy , i dont know wat to do , no congressman help or reply , we feel lost ; i dont know wat to ?

if anyone did has that before ? or someone can help that will be nice and thank you and from the bottom of my heart i wish that no happen to anyone , bco really its hurt ,

Ok, I guess it is not clear from what you said.

1. Did you contact your congressmen (with all the release of information form and everything) ? If so, what ans did you get from them?

2. It is definitely out of appropriate time line for CSC IR1/CR1, what did the service request say? wait 180 days (which is 6 more months) ?

3. No RFE or anything?

Looking at your timeline you can do a service request to USCIS but your case is on the average wait time my husband came home at 13 months. Be strong I will keep u on prayer

thank you , and by the way did 2 request , first it was for evidence and we wait bout 60 days then we call them again and they say we have to wait but 15 days and then we got a mail from uscis saying like we have to wait within 180 days and its almost 9 months of sending papers , but as u said , patient is good and hope good things come sooner and thank you again ,

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Our case is also with the California Service center and they are so behind it doesn't even make sense... But non moroccan filers seem to be moving right along :blink: :blink: :blink: :blink: Been about 6 and a half months for us... Insha'allah we will hear something soon... They won't even allow us a service equest because they claim they are still within the limits.... This is our second time around the first was for the K-1 we contacted the Congressman and his office didn't find out anymore than I did... Big waste of time.... For us anyway..... Anyhoo... Wish you the best in your journey.....

thank you for your wishes , and just dont do any request now wait till b 7 months bcos i m sure u will hear something soon bout ur papers and hope to approved bcos the same thing happen to my friend , wen it was almost 7 months then they approved his papers , so i hope everything be fine , good luck
