Good evening,

I finally received an interview notice today.it says I have to go to the local office on march 22 nd, "in relation with a I 485 application."

"Documents to bring: see attached and then it says to bring your spouse."

But there was only one paper..no document attached...is that normal?

I applied on sept19th , concurrent filing of i130, I 485, I 131 and I 765

Got my biometrics done walk in on nov 4th..and received my ead/ap card on dec 7th.

I am really confused as from what I read on the forum, once once applicants get the interview notice, there s usually a list of documents to bring.

Also, they mention only i485, nothing about I 130.

Thank you for any help/input you can share, have a great evening.

What to bring is located at the bottom of the interview letter. They don't check any item (you use it as your checklist.)

Yeah bring all that and your interview notice and the government issued photo id, passport, all visas you've had prior to the application, social security card, old/expired ead/ap card, photos and memorabilia related to your relationship.

If you want you couuld also give them a call and let them know that you'd received a somewhat "blank" letter. explain to them and see if they could/would send you another letter. otherwise all the stuff mentioned should suffice.

I hope they had the address part for the interview filled!

Little_my, I m planning to bring all those docs...thank you!

I m worried that they may be requiring specific docs in some attached paper that I did not receive with the interview notice.

Chxryl, I followed ur advice and called today. First, the couldn't see on their system that I had receive the interview notice. After speaking to an io, she said she will put a request to the local office to ask them to send me another copy. She said I will receive it in 5 days..,if I don't, I will go for an info pass...

I had another question, we won't have our tax filings for 2011 by then...do u think they might need it? We re planning to file jointly, but i m sure will do after the interview...
