Im sooooooooooo excited :dance::dance::dance:

My husband called the DOS yesterday and we were told the date but i told him i wasnt willing to believe it untill i had it in writing.

Well the postman has just been and I have it :)

Anyone else on here have there interview on the 18th???? Its only 2 weeks away, I have a TON of thing's to do before i fly back to the US with my hubby which we are looking to do around the 25th!

For those of you who are still waiting, hang in there! Keep calling the DOS they have the most uptodate info as we were told there computers are updates every 24 hours. Your turn is coming ;)

I-130 Process

NOA2 Approval recieved in the mail - 08/09/06

I-129F Process - With new form!

NOA2 arrived in mail - 08/26/06

NVC For I-129F

Arrived at NVC and Case # assigned - 08/28/06

Case Sent to London - 08/31/06

Packet 3 arrived - 09/13/06

Packet 3 Sent - 09-14-06

Medical - 09-21-06

Recieved Police Certificate - 10-03-06 (Took 34 days)

Packet 4 arrived - 10-04-06

INTERVIEW - 10-18-06 -APPROVED!

POE - Boston - 10-25-06

AOS Process

NOA arrived in the mail - 01/22/07

Biometrics Appointment - 02/02/07

Recieved EAD card - 04/02/07

Petition to remove conditions

Congrats! Got my packet 4 today too, I didn't believe it either... I can't see anyone else on the 16th yet, am I going to be all by myself...? It's so great that everyone's getting interviews all of a sudden!

Congratulations to you both, our interview is on the 18th also so will look forward to meeting with you on THE DAY :thumbs: I will pm you with some info on what we look like :lol: Hopefully there will not be too many immigrant visa going through that day so we should have no trouble finding you :thumbs:

By the DOS do you mean Dep of State ? If so, which number did you use?

We're still waiting on Packet 3, trying to get everything prepared in advance to minimize the time to interview.
