Hey guys, i am a little concern here, my applications are all still pending after 90 days, so

i decided to call the uscis to complaint about the EAD, they said that they said that i am

going to receive a letter withing 15 days.

are they going to deny me? or maybe reistate my previews case AED which will expire in march 13?

i am worry here, and loosing hopes.

Whats all this about?

It can take more than 90 days. They said 15 more days. relax.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

You need to wait for the letter - no one here can tell you what USCIS is going to send in the letter.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
