Put Wrong answer on I-130 Form

Hi guys

I am still waiting for NOA2 its been over 3 months already but I just realized that we put the wrong answer on I-130 form

Question C 17 Asked about list husband/wife and all children of your relative, we didnt understand this question correctly so we put my name on it(non-USC).

How do I correct this mistake?

Will NOA2 get denail for this? or I will get RFE?

If we got denail do we have to pay another 420 USD fee?

I've made the same mistake...

Would it be that bad? There's no wrong info on the document, just something misunderstood.
