Im the petitioner and i don't know exactly how long i worked at my last 2 jobs, but i have an idea. I have called both of my past employers and there's new managers and they tell me they don't know where my information is or give me some excuse. So can i put the dates i think i work there for as closest as i can remember? im kinda stressed and upset i didn't save the exact dates and that previous employers don't care to help me out. What can i do.

Unless you are like me and very ####### and update your resume at every job change or note when you moved, you are going to have to give the information as best as you can remember. Unless you know you are going to need the exact dates in the future, most people don't keep exact records. As long as you are close I think you will be okay. For those dates that ask for an exact day of the month along with the year and you only know month and year, I would put the first of the month unless you know it is closer to a specific date. If you happen to have your paystubs, you can use those to get the dates. Or maybe get bankstatements to show deposits--most banks will charge you for older statements, but it maybe worth it to give you peace of mind.

Good luck,

Dave

Don't stress. Give the knowledge best as you know.

They want to see a Petition.

Check, Money Order or Bank Cashiers Check.

Period. Worry about your Currant Employment Status. Thats what will Count.

USCIS/Homeland Security already knows all this. Daddy is always watching. They just want you to tell them again.

Month and year is sufficient.

Such a lack of memory for your last two jobs which would be within the last 5 years will likely cause more problems in this process than on the G-325a.

Do the best you can and sleep well.
