I could be die to wait for that AP Over a year :( I hope not please Allah help me

AP is mandatory for most male citizens of certain countries including Pakistan, India and most Middle Eastern countries.

But.. You haven't heard anything yet?

At this point, your spouse should contact his/her representative or senator.

hi friends i have Question what will happen when administrative processing complete one year

bcus my AP will complete one year next month :(

Adminidtrative processing does not usually take more than 6 months. It sounds like you filed K-! visa and if that is the case they are just holding it until your 1 yr expires. contact your Congressman now.

Rafi have you contacted a congressman or senator? HAve you received email replies from the embassy? ANything?? If you haven't contacted a congressman or senator by now, you should do so ASAP. They can't make AP move faster but the embassy will see that another government office is watching your case closely. They may also be able to gain a little more info than we can by contacting the embassy.

yes EAbbas my wife contacted to senator 5 months ago before she come pakistan but we didnt reply anything from senator . and embassy always sent same email

.Our record indicates that, your case requires additional administrative processing. We will notify you when the review is complete, as it may take several months to complete. If you have not heard from us in six months, you should contact the Embassy to ensure that everything is okay in your case. It is your responsibility to keep the Embassy updated of any address or phone number changes for you, and to contact us every six months to ensure that your case is moving forward.

I hope this information will be helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you required any further inquiry.
