when it comes to the DS 156K form for K1 visa process, there is the area that they ask for you to attach your police certificate, birth certs and what not, they also ask for financial support forms, is that the Affidavit of Support from your USC or is that your own bank docs showing how much money you have and a letter from your employer for while you are here?

Thank you for the help

little4ele,

Yes. It is whatever financial information you wish to provide to demonstrate that you meet the public charge provisions of the law (i.e. that you are not likely to become a public charge after entering the USA). Can be yours, if you have enough financial resources of your own (most people do not) or in most cases it will be a USC sponsor's financial resources.
