I-134 Question

I have a question on the I-134 form on the Oath section. There is a area above the signature with a blank spot on it. I assume that I print my name there then sign below this area?

If you are not referring to the space within the oath but the line that goes clear across the page, that is a dividing line, nothing goes there. Just sign the form where it ask for your signature, your printed name is already at the top of the form.

I was referring to the space within the oath. The PDF download has a data entry box after the first sentence. When I read it it does not look like a spot that should have any information to add.

Sorry about the lack of timeline update. It has now been updated. Things go pretty fast once the NOA2 form arrives. We have been running nightly practice interviews. And double, triple checking all of the forms for the Consulate.

this question came up in another thread and one member emailed the consulate because if you hover your mouse cursor over that space when your using certain PDF readers it says "enter relationship"... the consulate advised to leave it blank
