Ok my cover letter states each form in my 129f packet in the same order they are placed in the packet. My question is how will the embassy know what is what? im a little nervous if the papers get muffled around and put out of place. So i was wondering if writing a number in pen on the bottom corner of each piece of document in the packet connecting it to my 129f would be ok. And hmm do you guys suggest i put all the documents in a folder, aside from just sticking all documents(who will each be in plastic zip lock bags separating them)in the envelope and mailing them. below is what my cover letter looks like, if i added numbers linking each piece of document to the cover letter then, i would add numbers to each of the table of contents. Is it fine as i have it now or should i add numbers to be safe, or some kind of sticky note indicating what each paper is?? i feel i may be over thinking this but i just want to check with people who have experience in this. Thanks alot

First of all, a cover letter isn't required but it does serve a purpose for you to know exactly what you submitted, and I'd like to think my cover letters weren't a waste of time(or paper)

Secondly, they may arrange the papers in a different way. Adding numbers might add confusion however I did number some if there were two or more documents clearly belonging together (page 1 out of 2), that's about it.
