G325A

Hey all,

For the employment history part on the G325A my fiance's employment has been pretty sketchy because of his visits here, and other factors. It doesn't all fit on the space if I include the periods of unemployment. I made a whole list on an excel spreadsheet and was going to make 4 copies of that to send off with it. Should I just put See attached in the box where it asks for employment history? Or should I start off with a few, put see attached, and then finish it on the excel spreadsheet? I think it looks much better being all together on one page, but I'm trying to do it the way it should be done. Thanks in advance!

By the way I did try and search this on the engine, but couldn't really find a whole lot on this situation. Just stuff about what to put on and not what to put on the employment history.

We couldn't fit all of STewart's either. We attached a sheet. On the top of the sheet we put the form number, his name...EVERYTHING and then finished his work history.

We put a few, then see attached, then the attachment

Right now I have his name and address at the top. I don't have alien number or anything like that yet obviously. So I figured his name and address would be suficient. I'm just unsure on if I should leave a few or put it all on one spreadsheet :S... Decisions, decisions...

If you decide to use the attachment, be sure they're dated and signed and that they refer to the question in the form.

- They ask for employment, not unemployment, and

- by giving the periods of employment the periods of unemployment are known as well.

I realize that, but I have read on here, not to leave gaps in employment periods and not to overlap them. So we were trying to not leave gaps?

I included my unemployed time for the same reason. Again, I haven't been approved yet, but I ended up just putting 'see attached sheet' and listed everything on the second sheet. I only actually needed one additional line (and it was to write 'unemployed', but it finished off the 5 year period), so I just decided to keep it all on one page.

At the top of the attachment I wrote:

Form G-325A Q: Applicant (My Name Here)'s employment last 5 years:

Then made 4 bits with correct headings, trying to keep them lined up as well as possible while including all the info I needed to. Excel would probably be best for this like you mentioned but if anyone doing this doesn't have excel, just pick a font like Lucida Sans Unicode where all the letters take up the same space, and space it out properly.

And then I signed it, Dated it, and printed my name.

And I was told to do that 4 times, one for each sheet of the G325A, so be sure you sign and date each if you do that as well.

Why not? I've done both.

G-325A is an obsolescent ancillary form, no longer required with the applications that it was originally used with and still required only for the petitions that it was not originally used with. Don't worry about insignificant detail unless you enjoy this sort of angst, just be sure to submit all 4 pages each with original signature.

I would not break it up. Keep it all on one page (if you are still wondering about this, that is.) Just use the space on the form to say "See attachment blah blah blah particulars" and then make sure and head the attachment with the same "blah blah blah particulars".
