WRONG WITH THE TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPT.

today I found there is something wrong with the tax return transcript for the co sponsor.

that is, the name of the co sponsor's wife is spelled wrong. (co sponsor and his wife is jointly filing tax. but his wife doesn't need to file i 864A)

for example.

in the 2008 & 2009 tax return trancript,

it is shown, marry kaet michael

but in the 2010 tax return transcript.

it is shown, kate marry michael, however, this is the exactly correct name.

so what i can do now, because my interview will come soon

Don't worry, as long as the SSN's match on all three documents. The transcripts are based on what information was on the actual tax returns.

THE SSN ARE MATCHED ON ALL THREE DOCUMENTS.

but it is wired that the co sponsor looked for the three years 1040, the name of his spouse listed in these forms are correct..

so i dont know why the tax return transcript for his spouse name is wrong.

It is a data entry error by a government employee. The Consular Officer will understand. No worries.
