We received the NOA1 receipt for the AOS and EAD today......just wondering how longit takes to get the EAD approval in the mail????

WAITING FOR GREEN CARD TO ARRIVE.......

you still have to go for biometrics before they'll send you an EAD. It'll be a couple months probably.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

Check out the processing times of the NBC (Missouri). Just click on processing times on top of the visajourney page. It's somewhere between 2.5 and 3 months to get an EAD if you don't get a RFE.

1-4-2007 Green Card in mail

Removal of conditions

9-29-2008 I-751 delivered to CSC

12-29-2008 Green Card ordered :)

Citizenship

10-15-2011 Package sent to NSC

10-17-2011 NOA Priority Date

11-25-2011 Biometrics done

11-29-2011 In line for interview scheduling... woohoo!

12-20-2011 Interview scheduled ...received letter 3 days later

01-24-2012 Interview & Oath

VisaJourney.com "Timeline" is quite useful for finding out approximate processing times.

They seem to be pretty close to 90 days. Some people seem to get it ealier. Mine was delayed due to a resheduled biometrics appointment. I finally had my biometrics taken 38 days after the original appointment, and my EAD came 128 days after my application was received (90 + 38).
