Hi everyone,

My husband sent I751 in april ,2011 but we did not get approval yet.we did not submit his passport size photos with an apllication.we got RFE for more evidence not for photos ,any comments please

what does the RFE say exactly on the paper - generally the RFE asks for specific items.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I would send the passport photos if you were supposed to originally. Use the rfe as an opportunity NOT to get another one.

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

They asked for more evidence of relationship so i sent letter from landlord with copy of our lease.medical record of our kids,letter from my daughter's school with their record showing we all live together,2 affidavits,some bills tht has my name and my husband name on it,and also a birth certificate of our son,but i am not sure if we had to sent the passport size photos of my husband with an application.

passport size photos are not requested for the 751, they are not on the guide nor are they in the instructions. I never sent any with mine never got asked for any and got approved without RFE or interview.

Submission of passport-size photos with the I-751 is only required when filing from outside the United States while living abroad on government orders. Otherwise they're not necessary.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
