My fiancee try to register other the phone with the embassy agent. He asked her if she has received the eligibility letter from the Manilla embassy. I learned that that eligibility letter get to the beneficiary sometime after 2 months. I received teh NOA 2 and teh letter from the NVC. We have already paid for the visa fees... I cannot understand why the agent is asking for teh eligibility letter since the agent himself has teh case number and teh MNL number which I provide to my fiance.. Very ridiculous... in manila.. Priority date is the date when they received your K1 petition its in your NOA1. I did schedule my interview online all you need is your fiance passport number because it is the receipt number when you pay the visa fee and you also need her passport issuance and expiration....hope that helps.

David_Marie,yes you were wrong. Priority date is the date when they first received you K1 petition which is written in your NOA1 it is not the date of your interview you intend to get done but it is the very first time they got your petition before they forwarded it to designated USCIS service center. You can find it in your NOA1.
