AOS Interview

I have a question regarding the marriage certificate copy to bring to the AOS interview. In our letter, it was stated to bring the certified copy of the marriage certificate. I have a photocopy of the certified copy. I was wondering if that would be enough or if I should get a new, original certified copy of the certificate. Thanks!

Where is the certified copy?

I have the original copy of the marriage certificate. When we applied for AOS, I sent them a certified copy and kept a photocopy of the certified for my record.

Bring another photocopy, and ask your Officer to make a switch - your photocopy for the certified copy s/he has. You will need that certified copy down the road, and you aren't required to give it to them. But, if you have nothing to replace it, they will keep it.
