heyy my friend

my mother in law in usa she called the lawyer to do expidite and all the medical pappers already with him from 2 weeks

he said if he gonna expidite there is a 3 pappers we r gonna fill it up after the expidite

is that true??

plz guys let me knoww plzzz

No - if you want an expedite you call USCIS and request it and then give them your proof. Thats all you do, there are no extra forms to file for an expedite.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

usually, on a IR-1 or a CR-1 -

the lawyer in USA never, EVER 'gets the medical exam paperwork' as it breaks the chain of evidence.

So, as to 3 pappers to fill up after the expidite,

I say - no, is not true.

Is urgently not true.

Tell ya what, though - after studying yer timeline - I must ask - why to use a lawyer to handle any expedite ?

or why to come here if you have an attorney in hand already ?

there are never 3 pappers, regardless of expedite status.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
